Abstract
Claimant, a Cypriot company, entered into a currency sales contract with Respondent, a company from the Marshall Islands. The Arbitral Tribunal applied English law but made also reference to Articles 1.7 and 5.1.3 of the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts.
