Abstract
In a dispute the Arbitral Tribunal, in view of the fact that the contract was silent as to the applicable law and that both parties in their statement of claim and statement of defence referred to individual provisions of the UNIDROIT Principles, decided to base its decisions on the UNIDROIT Principles.
