Abstract
Claimant, a Cypriot company, entered into a sales contract with a company from Uzbekistan. When a dispute arose the Parties decided to choose the UNIDROIT Principles of International Commercial Contracts as the applicable law to the substance of their dispute. The Arbitral Tribunal applied Article 7.2.1. and 7.4.1. of the UNIDROIT Principles.
